Tomáš Sivok (born 15 September 1983) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Israeli club Maccabi Petah Tikva in Israeli Premier League. He made his debut for the Czech national team on 3 September 2005. His primary position is defender but he can play in midfield.
